The goal was to create a seamless shopping experience, optimise back-end efficiency, and align the platform with their evolving business needs.

We designed a contemporary, mobile-responsive e-commerce website powered by WooCommerce, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience across all devices. Alongside the website redesign, we refreshed Fernview’s branding, updating the logo and colours to reflect a clean, modern aesthetic.

Operational efficiency was a key focus. We integrated the website with dynamic shipping APIs and their accounting system, simplifying processes and improving fulfilment accuracy. Marketing automation was upgraded to Mailchimp, complete with custom-designed templates and automated customer journeys, boosting engagement and communication efficiency.
