The Coalition to Eradicate Viral Hepatitis in Asia Pacific (CEVHAP) was established in 2010 as a multidisciplinary body to advocate for public policy reforms that reduce the burden of viral hepatitis in Asia-Pacific.
Wildeye was commissioned to produce the branding for CEVHAP. This included logo development, graphic design of print collateral as well as an extensive powerpoint graphics suite to be used by members for presentation at international conferences.
The CEVHAP identity needed to communicate with a varied target audience consisting of different cultures. Wildeye conducted research and created a logo that is filled with symbolism. It consists of an abstract rendering of a virus with a globe linking to the Asia Pacific region, the tilt emulating the Earth’s axis. The logo’s bowl element suggests containment, protection and safekeeping while visually reinforcing transparency and fluidity in development of structures and policies.
The branding was very well received with great feedback from all the members as well as conference participants.
